Our play days are free of charge. We invite horses and humans at all levels of horsemanship to attend and encourage the sharing of resources and knowledge. We generally meet on the 3rd Sunday of the month. FOLLOW- UP:

In June, we had a great day at the farm of Cindy Rutledge, who set up a fabulous playground with a variety of obstacles. A great new experience for many horses was the pond; it offered many horses/people a chance to practice their water crossings.

Our July date brought us back to Debi Austin's where a variety of people where some people were able to play with some of Debi’s horses as well as practice their rope handling skills.

In August we met at Sue and Ray McCormick's farm near Gravenhurst, and meet some new faces and horses who were able to join us for the first time this year. Many thanks to their two lovely young daughters, Jillian and Valerie for their bright-eyed enthusiasm and ring-crew help!

September’s unexpected wet and miserable weather made us cancel our scheduled date down near Orillia, but a few of us still met up informally at a friend’s new farm just outside of Bracebridge.

October found us back at Winding Fences Farm for an introduction to “Ranch Horse Versatility Play”, where Diane Wiber took us through some new practices.
